All new business clients are required to contact our firm at (613) 756-6097 or email laura@valleyaccounting.ca to book a free initial consultation in our boardroom with partners Nicholas and Laura. At this meeting, we ask that you bring a copy of your most recently filed tax return and any relevant CRA correspondence. During your consultation, we will take time to learn about your business, answer your questions, and gather the information needed to provide tailored advice and transparent pricing suited to your specific needs.

Small Business and Corporate Tax

T1 Self Employment Income Tax = $275 + HST + bookkeeping
T2 Corporate Tax Return - nil filing = $500 + HST
T2 Corporate Tax Return = $1,500 + HST  + bookkeeping

Yearly and Quarterly HST Filing

Bookkeeping rate @ $65 + HST per hour and $65 + HST per filing

Bookkeeping and Payroll

Bookkeeping rate @ $65 + HST per hour
